I am part of Punch Cat Studios and had the chance to work on a reanimated project for Bluey's Season 2 "Sleepytime" episode.
GIven the freedom with something like this, I took the opportunity to play with Harmony's 3D capabilities. Not by importing a 3D object from Maya, but instead building the whole thing in the scene itself. It was not happy and fought back the entire time.
Since this was Harmony 22, there were a number of issues that were not addressed until the latest version came out just a short while before this project was released for Momocon, NewGrounds, X(Twitter) and Youtube to a limited capacity.
Throughout making this I was unable to use the brush, pencil or eraser on the animation itself unless I connected it to the camera once in 3D, for example. Many nodes broke in 3D and had to use alternate combinations of other nodes or plainly omitted certain visual embellishments as well.
A fun technical exercise in how far you can push a program before it starts fighting back.
